Today after my, horrible painful, run I started working on my training plan for the Ottawa half marathon. Yes it is not until the end of May but I wanted to get a start on it and I was getting anxious about my leg (which is injured right now) and the race. Here is the plan I plan to follow.
That is what I came up with using the running room book and Hal higdons plans. Here’s hoping it gets me to the finish line around the time I want!
